These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the bxpech website located at https://bxpech.cam ("Platform", "Site", "Service") and any related features, content or services offered under the bxpech brand. The Platform is operated by bxpech and is directed at adult users in Pakistan who seek English-language information about online sports betting and casino gaming.
By accessing the Platform, registering an account, depositing funds or using any feature of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and by any additional policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the Platform. bxpech reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
The Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, to register an account or place any wager. By registering, you confirm that you meet the applicable age threshold. bxpech reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age cannot be verified.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited must not register or use the Platform. bxpech does not accept liability for any legal consequences arising from use of the Platform in a prohibited jurisdiction.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potential reporting to relevant authorities where required. This restriction applies regardless of payment method, device or household.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering an account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. Information provided must match the identity documents submitted during KYC verification.
Account registration requires submission of valid personal information as described in Section 3.4. bxpech reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. bxpech will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must notify bxpech support immediately at [email protected]. bxpech may temporarily suspend an account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorized access or fraud.
bxpech may request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.
Available deposit and withdrawal methods are displayed in the Platform's Cashier section and may change at any time. References to payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on the Platform are for contextual familiarity only and do not imply that these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with bxpech or any gambling activity.
Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier and may vary by payment method. All funds must be deposited from accounts or payment instruments legally owned by the registering user.
Withdrawal requests are subject to: completion of applicable KYC verification, satisfaction of any active bonus wagering requirements, consistency between the withdrawal method and the original deposit method where required, and account standing in good order. bxpech does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times; estimated timelines are provided in the Cashier and support materials as operator-supplied information only.
Account balances and transaction amounts are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) on the Platform. Actual settlement currency may vary depending on the operator's processing arrangements.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets and special offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated funds or winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, 30× means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times). Not all games contribute equally to wagering — contribution percentages are stated in individual offer terms.
While a bonus is active, a maximum single-bet or spin limit applies — typically stated in the offer terms (illustrative example: PKR 500 per bet/spin). Exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
Bonuses expire on the date stated in the relevant offer terms — typically between 7 and 30 days from activation. Unmet wagering requirements and unused bonus balances are forfeited upon expiry.
bxpech reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of systematic exploitation, hedging, collusion between accounts or use of bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with genuine wagering activity. Determinations in this regard are made at bxpech's sole discretion.
bxpech reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet or wager at its discretion, including but not limited to situations where: the odds were displayed in error, the event has already commenced, or system errors have occurred. Void bets are returned as real-money stake without bonus credit.
Odds displayed on sports markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other events — are subject to change until bets are confirmed. Confirmed bets are settled at the odds accepted at placement time unless a manifest error applies.
In the event of a manifest pricing or result error, bxpech reserves the right to void bets and return stakes. "Manifest error" means an obvious, objectively verifiable mistake in odds, game result or bet settlement that a reasonable user would recognize as erroneous.
Casino and instant game outcomes are determined by the game provider's certified random number generation (RNG) system. bxpech does not intervene in or manipulate game outcomes. Disputed results must be referred to the operator's dispute resolution process.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the bxpech Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of bxpech or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without prior written consent from bxpech.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bxpech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage or system failure.
bxpech does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by bxpech's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed subject to any pending withdrawal verification or outstanding wagering conditions. Closure does not affect self-exclusion obligations once invoked.
bxpech reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: the user has breached these Terms, suspicious activity is detected, KYC requirements are not met within the stipulated timeframe, or the account has been dormant for an extended period. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, funds may be withheld pending investigation and referral to appropriate authorities.
An account that has recorded no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account handling, including applicable fees or fund treatment, will be communicated to the registered email address before any action is taken.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless alternative dispute resolution mechanisms are specified by the operator.
bxpech reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Where changes are material, bxpech will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an on-platform notice prior to the changes taking effect.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure.
